CNC Machined Patterns

For the most accurate models and patterns available, Al-Cast Mold and Pattern can provide CNC machined patterns with the final finishing of old-world patternmakers.  We have the largest heavy-duty CNC machining centers in our industry for CNC machining of patterns to provide cost effective solutions to produce cast rotational molds.

Lead times vary considerably based on the complexity of the part.  Typically, design, scheduling, and preliminary activity requires 1 to 2 weeks.  Pattern making and review 3 to 5 weeks.
